Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is a starting draft. Please have it reviewed and edit it from Admin > SEO > Pages before relying on it.

Job visibility plans and packs

Paid visibility starts as soon as payment is confirmed. If a paid job is rejected in review and cannot be corrected, the amount is refunded or the credit is returned.

Advertisements

An advertisement booking can be cancelled for a full refund before the advertisement goes live. After it is live, the unused days are not refundable.
